Armagh Street, Christchurch, 25 August 2012. Pre-Doctor Khan stands at his workstation (now deceased), feeding the sonic mumbles and whirling de-constructiveness of Wright, Peter & Dalley, Rory - both of whom are sprawled on the carpet surrounded with gizmos of predetermined and indeterminate nature. The results of this afternoon of improvised sonic hoonery was so revered that it took almost 6 years to issue the edited outcome. To be fair, it was ready to go almost as soon as the sun set that same day - but just like our favourite cheese, a little time adds to the stink.

A great DVD, compiled by Antony Milton from historic NZ super 8 footage found on Youtube. Soundtrack by David Khan, Antony Milton & Peter Wright under the name Hi-Asobi. Distant Bombs
Long talked about and finally realised collaboration between Howard Stelzer & Peter Wright. A hot bed of tape malfunction and layered scuzz, appropriately issued on cassette by chemical imbalance. Distant Bombs
